Telephone support

We have product specialists available during UK business hours who can provide telephone support for equipment under warranty or covered by an existing support contract. Call us on +44 (0)1885 489083 if you need support. 

If you do not have a support contract or your equipment is not under warranty we will provide basic support, but please be aware that in order to resolve an issue it may be necessary to set up a maintenance visit, diagnosis and repair or replacement, for which we would have to charge. Indicative costs will be outlined in your sales contract or are available on request.

Harvest 

XDQ Server

XDQ Server is a Windows service for remote data collection and reconfiguration of Hydro-Logic® data loggers under GPRS.

Compatible with Windows XP, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 and 8.

 

Software

Harvest

Harvest is the software package used to initialise, configure and read all Hydro-Logic® data loggers and outstations in the field.

Available for Windows (98, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8 or 10) and Windows Mobile (3, 5 or 6).

Issue resolution, repair and returns

If a hardware issue cannot be resolved on the phone and a repair is necessary, the unit should be returned to us. Our support specialists will advise you on how and where to send the unit. If the unit is under warranty we will supply a replacement unit. 

In some cases an engineer may be able to visit the site to conduct diagnostic and repair work. Indicative costs for this will be detailed in your sales contract or are available on request

Warranties

We offer a 24 month warranty on all new Hydro-Logic® data loggers, and a 12 month warranty on any repaired systems. Please contact us if you need to discuss your existing warranty.
