Apprenticeships with our UK Wastewater Services Team

Find out more about an apprenticeship in the UK water industry.

The Inlet Works systems at the inflow of sewage treatment works are vitally important as they provide protection to the main treatment processes. They remove rag and large solids which could otherwise cause clogging and a reduction in treatment efficiency.

Our UK Wastewater Services team, M&N, are experts in the supply, service, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of equipment for Inlet Works at sewage treatment works and provide support to the water industry 24/7, 365 days a year.

We are pleased to be able to contribute to a future pool of skilled engineers by running apprenticeships in various disciplines, including mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical engineering and project management.

We are keen supporters of work-based learning, and in working with our experienced engineers our apprentices learn a wide range of safe, best-practice engineering skills.

The placements are proving very popular because of the variety of work that we undertake, and also because of the chance to get out and about working on site.

If you’re based in the UK and interested in an apprenticeship with our team, please contact Karen Tracey at ktracey@hydro-int.com to learn more.
