Hydro’s SludgeScreen™ is an inline pressurised screening and dewatering device which is widely used in both municipal and compact treatment works to prevent solid inclusions from disrupting digester operation. This enclosed system is odour-free in operation and has no washwater requirements. Effluent and organics are passed directly to the digester for treatment while the dewatered screenings are discharged for disposal.
